If you've ever been to the SAHBA Home Show, you know the air is permeated with the seductive aroma of good barbecue. Bill Shank gets credit for that. He's a full-time Safeway butcher who also does part-time corporate catering and street fairs under the shingle BBQ4U. This year, on April 8-10 at the Tucson Convention Center, Bill readies steak burritos, steak sandwiches and whole tri-tips for sale.
